St. Isidore Music Ministry
St. Isidore Church was founded in Danville, California, in 1910, and sacred music has always been an integral part.
Today, St. Isidore Music Ministry provides music for all the weekend Masses, with various choirs and instrumentalists leading the congregation in song. This Music Ministry also works with other Ministries to provide music for prayer services or any different musical needs. Also, during the year, the parish often enjoys special musical presentations.
St. Isidore Music Ministry welcomes church members dedicated to their faith and church. These members must commit to a weekly rehearsal and daily personal preparation. They would be part of a musical family passionate about their faith and music, willing to share their talents with their parish. They can expect to be challenged in new ways, have fun with others and grow spiritually as they explore new opportunities to sing and play sacred music.
